Two to three weeks looking at how the operation runs and where AI would make a real difference, or at an AI or automation project that has stalled. For new opportunities, you end up with a sequenced plan, business cases and a first pilot ready to start. For a stalled project, a straight recommendation: fix it and restart, or stop.
A set number of days a month alongside the leadership or operations team. For industrial businesses, that means vendor selection, pilot design with go or no-go points, governance, adoption and tracking the value. For technology companies, it means pilots, pricing, enterprise readiness and delivery.

I am an engineer and executive operator working at the intersection of AI and industrial operations.
I started my career in the construction industry, working from New York, London and Paris. I managed more than 12 projects concurrently across the world, led the pricing of a £22m tender and managed the delivery of a £10m project. I know what it is like to be on site, working with manufacturers and site teams to get something built. That is still how I approach technology: as delivery in a real environment, with the people who run it.
As COO of Greyparrot, an AI computer-vision and data company for waste management, I helped scale the business from seed to Series B. I built the operations, commercial and delivery teams, and led commercial growth, deployment and governance, including ISO 27001 certification, as the technology moved from early commercial deployments into live industrial operations worldwide.
Through Galyos, I now work across industrial sectors with industrial organisations, robotics companies and AI and deep-tech teams on transformation, deployment and go-to-market.
